The guest house was mind-blowingly clean, spacious, and super comfy. With its close proximity to the beach and reasonable motorbike rental fee, it's definitely a jaw-dropping find. The owner's friendly smile and flexibility with early check-in made the experience even more awesome!

The convenient location allows easy access to great eateries and convenience stores. The rooftop balcony provides a nice view of the sunset. The friendly and accommodating host allowed us to extend our check-out time. Clean sheets and toilets, and spacious rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at a guest house in a great location near the beach. the modern rooms were beautifully designed and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. the staff, especially Linh, the manager, were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even sent us emails to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. the facilities were new and decorated with a modern touch. I particularly liked the bamboo lines in front of the hotel, giving it a natural and green feel. it was a wonderful experience at Phuong Nam Guest House. 😊.

The lady in charge is absolutely amazing, helping us with everything. The room was spacious and had a fantastic shower. It's just a short walk to the beach. The guided tour was fabulous and a great value. The beds were comfy and the place felt like home. Location is great, close to everything. Ling, who spoke good English, provided attentive assistance and valuable information about the area. We had a wonderful time in Mui Ne. Thumbs up!

We stayed at Phuong Nam Guest House for our family vacation in Mui Ne. The room was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, fridge, sitting area, and bathtub. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with affordable motorbike rental and bus tickets. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to attractions. our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel.

the location was great, just a short walk from the bus stop and close to the seaside. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. the staff, especially the lady at the reception, were incredibly helpful. When I lost my bag on the bus, she went above and beyond to help me contact the bus management and even took me to the bus station on her motorcycle. I was able to retrieve my bag thanks to her assistance. the room was spacious and the service from the staff was exceptional. They promptly replied to all my inquiries and helped me book bus tickets and tours.

I highly recommend staying at this guest house. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair 😊.
